Making A Difference
Academy for Kids strongly believes that a smaller class size giving the teacher the time to work with the children individually allowing them to express their creativity. Children will work on activities such as water play, finger painting, and shaving cream art. All our teachers keep a folder for each child in the classroom that contains all their art and class work so that parents can take home the work their children have done during the week.
All our teachers want to ensure that the children attending our preschool program are challenged intellectually and prepared emotionally. Academy For Kids takes pride in the quality education we provide our students and our goal is to always kindle their minds widen their horizons and awaken their creativity.
Creative Curriculum for 2 Year Olds
This curriculum allows the teacher to set specific goals and objectives for children in all areas of development. For example: Social /Emotional / Physical / Cognitive /Language
It supports and encourages the exploration in such areas as: Literacy / Discovering Mathematical Relationships / Scientific Exploration / Music and Movement / Art Activities
Creative Curriculum is one of the only curriculums to use all developmental theories.

Creative Curriculum for 3 & 4 Years Olds
This Curriculum has 36 objectives which are organized into 9 areas of development and learning with the last being English Language Acquisition. Our teachers effectively plan what to teach, when to teach a particular skill and how to teach in ways that is responsive to the individual needs of the children.
